This might not fit a dictionary definition of what you're looking for (based on the genre description up top.) But I felt like a lot of these artists complemented your favorite artists list quite well. I suppose in this genre I'm most partial to DJ Shadow so i think quite a few of these groups fall into that realm, with exceptions of course.
Highlights and Selected Descriptions
1. Aphex Twin wasn't on your list which was most surprising to me. I've heard that it's impossible to dance to aphex twin, so that could be it. Anyways, great track.
2. Amon Tobin might be more in the realm of Drum n' Bass, but he's quite good at it. Just good to listen to imo.
5. Found this track on the net a while ago, its absurdly long, like over an hour, but its interesting to listen to, bit of a middle eastern twinge. I downloaded it from the guy's blog at the time, no idea if you can still find it.
6. I like these guys, great horn work.
7. Most played song on my computer at the moment. The clash sample is awesome and the lyrics are funny.
10. Lil Wayne is a rapper, but the production here is great and I think the girls voice in the background is why i put this track on here. Very cool. Not like any other "rap" i've ever heard.
11 and 15 These are the two sort of old school tracks i put on here. Both Steve Reich and Brian Eno were essentially writing electronic music without electronics. Six pianos is really cool but i struggle to listen to it straight thru, i like to browse it and listen to sections.
13. Lot of variation in this song, big Squarepusher fan.
14. This song is iffy as well, but I thought it fit well enough.
Anyways, I hope you like this. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a whole lot about your preferred genres, but I personally think every track here is great of its own accord.
Good Luck.
